Most people know this iconic gin very well already, so I will not spend much time on it. Hendrick’s is a great gin, with a very iconic taste. It pairs well with a lot of tonics, but in my opinion it is really great with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water.
Condiments
It does not even need saying, if you have ever been interested in Gin, that Hendrick`s is one of those that does not go with the standard citrus condiment. A sliver or two with cucumber is the best choice, naturally.
Tastes and tasting notes
The taste is very clean and dry, a subtle taste of cucumbers and rose petal.
Conclusion
Great with a tonic, and also great neat.
